Jacob Park '23 Recruiting Profile

I was born in Reston, Virginia but raised in Bogota, Colombia. My immediate goal is to continue playing soccer at the next level and to study International Relations. I come from a multicultural background and feel that my ability to connect with others can help me expand my outlook on a global scale.

I was a 3-sport athlete growing up. I played volleyball on a National Team in Colombia, competed internationally as a competitive Wakeboarder representing Colombia and as starting Goal Keeper for my school Colegio Nueva Granada and Club Los Lagartos. My experience in volleyball and competitive wake boarding only helped strengthen my hand to eye coordination and balance as a GK which is a position that I have played for the past 9 years. I moved back to United States in 2018.
