Aiden Peterson '24 Recruiting Profile

I am the Goalkeeper for the 2023-24 Stafford ECNL RL U19.  I have been the goalkeeper for my club team for 8 years.  I am the starting keeper for my high school varsity team and have been since I was a sophomore.

As the keeper, I have composure and am calm under pressure.  I am a leader on the field and talk consistently with my defense and down field players.  I am aggressive in protecting my box, both against set plays and against the direct attack.  I have good hands and I have quick reaction, and can handle shots directly on frame or off the rebound.  I am strong in the air and on the ground.  I am a smart distributor of the ball, with a strong punt and goal kick, and I know when to build from the back.

As a student, I have learned to prioritize my studies.  I currently hold a 3.6 GPA, with multiple Honors classes, and I am working towards an Advanced Studies Diploma, graduating with the Class of 2024.  I hope to study engineering or computer science at college.
