Growing up in poverty and having to earn my way up I learned how to be dependent, strong mentally and physically to learn that when life hits you hard you get back up and keep striving forward, to rise past adversity on and off the field, to be someone you want people to admire with your work ethic and leadership. I've learned so much about myself playing this sport. to me soccer isn't just a passion it's a lifestyle and I've implemented so much of it into my everyday life. I love to work hard and inspire others. I've played for many great coaches and players in the EPD program, making the ODP travel team, captaining my former club for 3 years, playing at the ECNL level for Washington premier, playing Varsity soccer as a freshman. I want to make it far and show my parents and everyone that has supported me through tough times emotionally, with money and so much more and show them that it was worth it and that i want to make them proud.
