Benjamin Connors '24 Recruiting Profile

    I have been swimming since I was 3 years old. Being in the water has always been like a second home for me. It makes me feel happy and motivates me to reach my goals. One being able to swim at the college level. 

    I am a hard worker and push my teammates around me to work hard too. I am so grateful to have found a sport I love. I have made lifelong friendships in my teammates and have  amazing coaches that push me beyond my limits everyday. 

    I like the challenge of maintaining a high GPA and swimming. I like being able to work hard for my goals because it feels that much better when you reach them. I also work at a camp in the summer, teaching kids how to swim. It’s so cool knowing I could send a kid down the same path I’ve gone through.

    I’m very excited to see what’s next in my life. I look forward to continuing my swimming career and am open to all the possible options available to me.
