I strive to do my best in everything I do, both in and out of the pool. I do my best in school and challenge myself academically, as well as at practice every day. As for swimming, I work extremely hard in practice, and I want to continuously improve. Swimming with my club team (LAC) has taught me the value of hard work and has provided me with an opportunity to meet a great number of people and make some lifelong friends. The hard work has paid off since I have made winter Sectionals (in Virginia) and our 400 M Free Relay team made summer Junior Nationals in Minnesota in August of 2016. It was a great experience, and I want to do it again. My college goal is to obtain pharmacy degree (Pharm D). My career goal is to own a pharmacy when I am older. I also want to continue my swimming career in college, improve my times, contend for league championships, and help my college team to score in meets in any event the coaches need me.
