Ryan Szilagy '25 Recruiting Profile

My entire life has been focused on tennis. After 5th grade I moved to France and trained at Mouratoglou Academy for 2 years. I have not been in traditional schooling until this year, my senior year of High school. From France I trained at Sanchez Casal in Barcelona and Florida, also academies. I have also trained in Romania and represent them internationally at the ITF level. I speak Romanian at home and am of course fluent in English as well. My Mom’s influence on my college education has pivoted my focus for now. I hope to go pro some day! I am hard working, respectful, well rounded, and I don’t ever have a bad attitude. I am mentally strong and very unique in my maturity both on and off the court which might distinguish me from other recruits. Both my parents were athletes. My mother collegiate D1 soccer and my father the Judo champion of Romania in his twenties. I am ann elite anthley and my training is superior to most.
