Running track has always been a goal of mine. I enjoy being able to be part of a large team and at the same time be an independent athlete. The past few years I have been able to set both athletic and academic goals for myself and achieve both. I believe that if you don't set a goal for yourself you are not able to see where you are going. Setting goals also motivate you to be a better version of yourself. Through sports, specifically track I have been able to see myself grow up and become more responsible. I have also been able to create life long friendships with current and past team members through shared experiences.
