Personal Statement
I want to go to a school that helps me to be able to compete to the best of my ability and always be improving. As well as being a teammate that can help, support, push them to achieve their best. I aspire to have no regrets in relation to doing everything I can to be the best runner I can. This sport has offered me the opportunity to be the best version of me and I love it because of that. I hope I can be a valuable addition to your team.

- For overall strength training related to athletics i work with a personal trainer, and do plyometrics every other day. As far as nutrition goes my stepdad was a personal trainer and helps me get the fuel I need to be healthy and perform well. For mental training I work with a counselor weekly discussing my performance and how I can be consistent with my results.
