Neiko Ross '23 Recruiting Profile

To start off this is my second year ever running track. I always loved running, but I never thought it would be something I could be so passionate for as a sport. I have become very interested in running at the collegiate level and I have focused on improvement throughout this season. I am an excellent candidate for a college team or college program. My work ethic, commitment, and willingness to learn is a valuable asset. I'm an effective team player and team leader who continues to learn. The importance I put on track and field does not diminish my performance in the classroom. I have a relentless pursuit of academic excellence and I'm always willing to accept the challenge of learning even more advanced coursework. At the collegiate level I know I can make a great addition to not only the team but the college itself. My 5 year plan is to graduate High school, attend a great college, and contribute to the success of the school's athletic and academic successes.
