Something everyone should know about me is I am a hard working individual who likes to push his body to the limits. Unfortunately this has its downfalls when you don't pay attention to the small things. My medial plica flared up in my junior year and took me out of track but after getting a cortisone shot and putting in the work I hope to come back better and stronger. I have focused more on the little things while I train like stretching and icing if I feel the slightest pain. one thing my coach has really instilled in me is "its okay to be nervous but never scared."
