Personal Statement
My coach always says to be 1% better everyday and I took that advice to heart. I make it my goal to get better everyday. Whether it’s sleep, nutrition, or warming up properly I believe it’s the little things that you do every day that end up being the difference maker. And because of that my times have been consistently dropping throughout the season and from season to season. My grades have also been improving throughout the years and is something that I’m serious about. I value hard work, discipline, and teamwork and would be a great asset in a variety of distances.
