My name is Giovan McKnight and I am a determined runner. I've been running track and field for the past five years and have showed continual improvement. This past outdoor season I ran in my school's 4x400m relay at the New York State Meet and split a 50.86. At New Balance Nationals, my 4x400m relay team finished ranked #22 nationally. I am also an excellent student academically as I have been on the high honor roll list (gpa of 94.5 - 100) all throughout middle school and currently throughout high school. In my ninth grade and tenth grade indoor season I was the male scholar athlete for my team. From third quarter of ninth grade to now, my weighted gpa has consistently been above 100. I am always working my hardest to improve myself in and out of practice and I will continue to do this if I make it onto a college team.
