My goal in Track and Field is to create a mentality that will benefit me and those around me for years to come. This will be done through the work and dedication needed to excel in this sport, and the experiences with various coaches, students, and athletes.
Athletic-wise, I personally believe that my strengths are using techniques or form to outperform my competition. My current weaknesses are my block starts and explosiveness.
If I could do anything as an athlete right now, it would be to sign up for a professional athletic trainer to help build up my explosive speed.
