Personal Statement
My name is Blake Irby and I've been a thrower for 3 years. Commitment, leadership, and effort all some of the things that I focus on, but above all its attitude. Every time I walking into practice, I make sure what happened during my day stays outside of practice and that I don't waste a single moment when a chance to improve arrives.
