Justin Winters '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Justin Winters. I plan on attending college for Business Management, specifically Sports Business Management or Kinesiology. I will work hard to graduate suma cum laude and with the experienece, communication and working skills to have a running start in the workforce. I am a great candidate for your track team because I am very adaptable and can fit into a necessary position well. My passion and heart for my goals and aspirations on the track and in life sets me apart from my competitors. I am a firm believer in dreaming big and "go hard or go home". I work hard and put my heart into my craft to be the best version of myself and an improving version of myself both on and off the track. My work ethic speaks for itself, and I know that with hard work, sacrifice, determination, and consistency, I can become whatever I can imagine.  I love the sport of track and everything it's done for me in my life. From boosting my self-esteem, creating a workaholic, to forging accountability and leadership skills. Track has revolutionized who I am and I plan on continuing to run in college/ university for the betterment of myself and those I meet in life.
