Dectrick Edwards Jr '20 Recruiting Profile

Since beginning with club track at a young age and participating in school track from 7 - 12th grade, I knew that I wanted to pursue track on a collegiate level. Track is a true passion for me.  Even when we are not training for school track, I am training with my dad on my off days. Each track event that I participate in, I have given it my all.  I understand that your academic work has to be taken care of first, so that you can participate in athletics. My academic good standing throughout 7 - 12th grade is proof of that. I am always striving to improve on my talent through my work ethic, I set goals and I work hard to achieve those goals. My values and contribution to my chosen school will be honesty, discipline, respect and my work ethic.
