I am looking for a running program that will assist me to achieve my full potential in my running ability as well as continuing my education. So far in my running career, my weekly mileage consists of around 40 miles max. This summer, the plan is to increase to 68 miles per week with weight lifting and core. Goal is to get my cross country time down to around 16:30 or better, mile time down to under 4:30 and two mile time under 10. This X-C season, I have achieved my goal and ran a 15:55 for a 3.1 mile course. I will train the first time through the winter with the objective of lowering my 1 mile and 2 mile times.
I am looking forward to be a contributing member of a college cross country team and use my leadership to develop a strong bond between teammates and focus on making everyone a better runner. I am looking forward to working hard in school to earn a degree and take those skills into building a very strong career.
