Hello. My name is Sam Bonsell. I go to Olympic High School in Bremerton WA.
My collegiate goal is to run a college that will suit me best in academics and running. (also getting under 14:00 in the 5k has always been a big goal for me)
I believe what separates me from other athletes is academics and athletics. I'm always putting quality time into schoolwork as much as my passion, which is running. I have also been dedicated to running and following my training even when I am on vacation to take responsibility. I have always been willing to be a good person to others and to my teammates even after a hard race.
