Jordan Grave '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I'm Jordan Grave. I was born in Leominster, MA on April 25th, 2006.

I first played volleyball in September, 2022 on a girls team. After our season had ended, I had spoken out to our Athletic Director in regards of a Boys volleyball team. I ran open gyms, captains practice, clinics and ended up rallying 20 guys at one point within 1 month. We got the team approved by the Superintendent and the first ever Boys Volleyball Team of Ayer Shirley Regional Highschool began in March, 2023. 

Although this is only my second season of playing, I've practiced consistently since September; even during the Summer I play beach volleyball at any given chance. As a Libero I am quick, I have fast reflexes, strong leadership on and off the court, good defense (coverage, serve receive, digging), and I have a very consistent jump float serve along with a jump top spin. With the position of Libero and team title as Captain, I must motivate, take charge, have good mentality not only for myself but for my team. I perceive feedback strongly and apply it to my style of volleyball simply.

I hold a valuable GPA consistently yet I strive for a college that will help me accel not only within athletics but still academically. I am honestly quite open to any offered option in regards of college in hopes they can help push me to my highest potential.
