Hello, my name is Elijah DeVore, I am from Greenwood, South Carolina. I have been playing volleyball for 6 years and am extremely passionate about my sport. The difference between me and other athletes is that this sport is more than a sport to me. It's a way of life. I compete in every type of volleyball I have access to, from indoor high school, to indoor club, to beach, and even grass (double or triples). While I expect to be successful in college and later adult life, I don't think it would be as fulfilling if volleyball weren't a big part of that.
