Landin Romo '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Landin Romo, and I am a Junior at Santa Barbara Senior High School where I play on the division one, varsity Water Polo team as the only junior starter. I also play for SB Premier Water Polo Club, where I started playing six years ago. I believe that the best strategy for winning a game, is through teamwork, and being as selfless as possibly while we work together for the win. The strongest quality I can offer, is my leadership ability and the capacity to motivate my teammates in any situation. I believe in putting in 110% to every practice and game to be an example to my teammates and show my dedication to the sport I am passionate about playing. 

My goal is to find a college that supports my academic and athletic goals having a team that is like a family that motivates each other to be the best they can be in and out of the water.  I would like to graduate with a degree in accounting or mathematics and go on to get my CPA license. I believe a balance of academics and sports is important and I hope to be a part of a school that supports me in my journey.
