Thank you for taking time to visit my profile. My name is Ansley “Paige” Welch and I am an upcoming 2027 graduate. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and believe that academics play a major role in assisting me toward my life long career!
I currently play travel ball with the Birmingham Thunderbolts 2027 as a RHP and utility player. Moreover, I attend Abbeville Christian Academy. I have been a starter on my high school varsity softball team since 6th grade. I honestly believe that softball is playing a major role in shaping me into the person I am becoming. Not only do I love softball, but I also enjoy the camaraderie that comes along with playing. My mother has always said there is no “I” in team and she is exactly right. She and my father have instilled a deep work ethic in me. I am still growing as a player and those work ethics keep me motivated. I also believe this has contributed to me having a super competitive nature!
Playing softball in college is a dream that I’ve had since I was 6 years old. I study the game and constantly soak in all I am learning to hopefully one day take all I learn over the next several years and help my future college team reach success! I strongly believe in having a “championship mindset” because it’s hard to beat a person or team that never gives up!
