Alana Snow '17 Recruiting Profile

Hey my name is Alana Snow, I  would love the opportunity to be able to play softball at a collegiate level. I am a 4 sport Varsity athlete at Carlsbad High School. (Basketball, Volleyball, Softball and Track) Competing in all these sports and continuing to pursue them all the way through my senior year in high school shows my love and dedication to sport itself. I love working for my team, but I also understand the power of self dependency. My experience in both team and individual sports helped me in these skills. In High school I maintained an overall 4.0 GPA and still had the time management skills to pursue not only my 4 sports, but also be the president of the Peer leader Program at my school, keep involved in several clubs, and spend time volunteering for my community. 

I believe that I could contribute to the future successes of a college program because of my work ethic, competitive mindset, and overall athleticism developed through competing in multiple sports. My development of time management skills and drive to succeed in the classroom will allow me to balance academics and athletics at a high level.
