Rachel Barrington '18 Recruiting Profile

I love the game of softball and hope to continue to play softball for many more years.  My goal is to play softball in college.  I am a right handed pitcher and also play other infield positions.  I mainly play first base when I am not pitching.  I am a good student and get mostly A's as I push myself in difficult core classes.  I enjoy Art classes and hope to continue to improve my academics.  I enjoy weight training and conditioning and hope to continue to improve my athleticism.  I take hitting and pitching instruction routinely also.  I have been on the same travel team for the last 4 years and am proud that we continue to find improved success each year.  I have developed many friendships through this sport as I have played with many wonderful players over the years.
