Personal Statement
I started playing softball in a small town league. I quickly fell in love with the game and wanted to play more games at a higher level. Before I started playing competitively I taught myself to hit left handed. I've always been the youngest athlete, and have always played at least a year up. Being the youngest has made me push myself harder to prove that I am worthy to be at this level.
I have always been one to help others when I can. I do this through a group called Royal Neighbors. We do a school supplies drive, we help feed the homeless and many other things for our community. I know how fortunate I am to be able to play this sport at this level, and I want to give back and help any way I can.
