I have been playing softball since I was 10 years old. This is my favorite sport and I give it a 100%. I play several positions and honestly I don't mind playing where ever the coaches need me. I study and I practice to improve my skills daily. I know in my heart to be successful I have to give my all to the sport that I love. I am very competitive and driven and I try very hard to be a good leader on and off the field. My teammates have my back and I have theirs. Most of my teammates and coaches would describe me a being aggressive on the field and a person who they can count on to get a job done. I play basketball as well, but softball is my number one sport and passion. I plan to attend college and get some scholarship money because of my academics and my playing ability. I had the privilege to attend several college softball camps during the summer and I had the time of my life meeting college coaches and players. It only made me realize just that much more that I want to be where they are some day. On my off time I hang out with friends, get involved with several projects that allows me to give back to my community, shopping, movies, and reading a good book. Volunteer work is very important to me and my parents. My parents taught me at an early age the importance of being a giver and a doer.
