Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Cloe Hammett and my primary position is middle infield but, I can play outfield and corners as well. The reason I am interested in playing college ball is because I am in love with the game. I would rather work at softball than anything else, including, having fun with friends. The game is my happiness and I very much so have interest in continuing to play the game during college. I have loved this game since I was very young and have continued to love it for 10 years.
Secondly, I am a great student athlete because I have a 4.0 GPA and work hard at academics. To any team, I would be a great fit because I am a utility player who can play anywhere you need me. As a coachable athlete, I respect all aspects of the game including, my teammates and coaches. With that being said, I am a leader who encourages and cheers, especially, on the field. In addition, I have a great attitude on and off of the field.
Lastly, my goals are to go to a division 1 school. Although, I do not specifically know what career field I would like to get into, I do know I want to work with medicine. When I am able I want to help people in the world with their sickness's. Going to college with an amazing softball program and a great medical program is one of my dreams. In conclusion, I would love to get into a division 1 college and I can bring leadership, encouragement, coachability, academics, and great athleticism to the table.
