Hailee Hartsell '26 Recruiting Profile

Softball has always been a big part of my life. I started playin at the age of 5. I played in my first travel tournament at 6. I started pitching at 9 years old. I thought pitching would be fun and after playing a year in kid pitch I fell in love.  I started pitching lessons and was constantly putting in work to get better.   I continue to take lessons and practice every chance I get. I have a great work ethic and I am very coachable. These things have helped me get to where I am at today. I recently finished my Freshman year in high school where I was the starting Varsity pitcher. We ended our season going 21-6, I was voted Player of the Year in our conference, and finished with 130 strikeouts. Not only do I work hard on the field but also in the classroom too. I would love to be able to play softball at the next level while earning my degree.
