Teanna Davis '19 Recruiting Profile

Well, there are a few things that I love and one of them is the game of Softball.  Playing softball is life. 

Hello.  My name is Teanna aka "Tee" and I am now a 16 year-old rising Juniorwith a 4.2 GPA who attends Thomas Dale High School in the heart of central Virginia (Chester, Virginia).  I am a  God driven 2019 softball prospect and I am seeking a school that will allow me to have a double major (Political Science and Psychology) while playing the game I love. I am a Catcher, and I play 3rd base, lst base, left and right field.  I am a great student athlete and good player who breaths the game of softball.  Other than being a tenacious teammate with great work ethic, I am known for my consistent batting.   During school ball this year, I had the highest on base percentage, batting average of 675 and led the team in RBI's. This spring/summer, I am playing with VA Glory Premiere Richmond travel team coached by Chris Cauthorne and my batting coach is Mike Ford.   Seriously, I am getting better and better.  I consider myself an evolving player. I love to play softball.  My biggest asset is being a great team member and my bat.. I am not bragging but I can hit and I am improving day by day and always willing to improve.    I will say this, with each game, each practice, every mile, each swing, every throw, each push up, each lecture and sometimes just watching a game or cheering on other teams...I get better!  I am a power hitter but most of all,  I am a team player.   I depend on prayer, grace from my higher power and my PHD (Passion, Heart and Desire) to support my team and my dreams of playing softball now and on a higher level.  I love the game and the competition of it all makes me smile and feel bubbly inside.
