Kayla Sain '18 Recruiting Profile

Hi, My name is Kayla Sain and I graduate in 2018 from Eastern View High School in Culpeper, Virginia. I am a Catcher for the 18u Virginia Crushers under the Leadership of Coach Terry Ivester. Catching is my passion but, I can also play 3rd Base with confidence. I started playing softball when I was 6 years old and instantly fell in love with the game. I strive to be a positive, motivating team player and take direction well. I especially enjoy lifting up and encouraging my teammates on and off the field. I push myself as hard academically as I do athletically as I have been enrolled in multiple honors, AP courses and Dual Enrollment for all of my high school career. My goal after high school is to continue to play softball in college as well as further my education in my desired major, Early Childhood Education.
