Emiko Nagai '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since I  was six years old. From watching my older sisters play, I have always aspired to play at a high college level. I believe that playing in college is a once in a life time opportunity and a great experience. 

I have good basketball IQ,  a high percentage shot, and strong ball handling skills. I am coachable and always strive to be the most hardworking athlete on the court. I am a strong leader and a great team player. 

In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I am involved in leadership classes as well as volunteering with basketball camps. 

For the past three years I have been awarded Athlete of the Year at my school. Not only do I play basketball, I also ran in cross country provincials, am a high level Highland dancer, and played volleyball and soccer

I would like to attend a post secondary school that will push me both academically and on the basketball court. I am open to all options to find the right post secondary match. I hope to become the best player that I can and help lead my team to a championship.
