Elexi Pulido '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I am Elexi Pulido, a PG(all-around player) for the class of 2025. My goals-in general-are to play at the collegiate level while earning a degree in biomedical engineering, which I plan to further use to get a job as a biomechanical engineer. Since I was younger, there were not very many girls in my area that "liked" to play basketball, so I was always put up against the harder competition (a.k.a. the guys). I believe this has really allowed me to get my best foot forward, and has always empowered me to get better when facing tougher competition and scenarios. Not only have I faced tough competition in athletics and strived, I have also faced rigorousness in academics, (honors, AP, STEM, clubs, additional sports, ect.), all while maintaining a weighted 4.5 GPA, and a total 4.4 GPA. Through academics, athletics, leadership opportunities, and clubs, I have learned what it means to truly be a team, as well as learned numerous of other skills, such as leadership, time-management, communication, and being a active listener, which are all viable assets on and off the court.

I'm naturally a leader as it has been one of the traits that many of the coaches that I've had, have pointed out; thus; making me a great teammate. I have been told by my coaches that I am the fastest player on the team, which adds an extra edge to me as a player compared to other people. Continuing, I am a very extroverted individual allowing me to thrive in just about any situation I am thrown in. So if you are looking for a player who can make a big impact as soon as possible, I'm your player. 

I would love to experience what it would truly be like to experience and live my dream out that I've had since I was a kid. I consistently work on my craft both in and out of season, both in and out of practice, both on and off the court. This is why I truly believe that I have what it takes to play at a higher level than high school.
