I was born in Budapest, Hungary where I lived most of my life until moving out to the Netherlands at the age of ten, where I got the opportunity to learn English and start my basketball journey. After two years of living there, I moved to Switzerland for another two years before coming out here to the USA right before my freshmen year of high school during COVID. Moving this much has shaped me into the person I am. I had to be able to adapt to new environments often, and be able to pick up new things, like languages, quickly, while learning about the many different cultures I was opened to.
Since I was a child, basketball has been an integral part of my life. It has taught me discipline, teamwork, perseverance and especially resilience. I have dedicated countless hours to the sport, honing my skills and developing my talents. Throughout my basketball journey, I have lived in four different countries, that have tough me how to adapt to change and be able to adjust to various teams while still competing to my fullest potential. I have learned the importance of collaboration and leadership through basketball, and have been able to always learn new techniques that enhanced my game. My commitment to basketball has also led me to maintain a rigorous academic schedule, as I understand the importance of balancing athletics with academics. Playing basketball at the collegiate level has always been a dream of mine, and I am confident that I will thrive in that environment and contribute to the team's success. I am committed to working hard, being a team player, and making a positive impact on the court and in the classroom. I believe that basketball is not just a sport, but a way of life, and it has taught me to set goals, work hard to achieve them, and never give up on my dreams.
