Personal Statement

For me, basketball is more than just a game. When I step on the court, I leave my heart on it. I give everything I have in order for my team to win. I find both defense and offense very important. I have very quick hands, I steal a lot of balls. I love scoring and I try my best in offense, but also assists are something that characterizes my game. I have a great review of the game, and being pressured while handling the ball isn't a problem for me. Making good plays is something I've always been good at.

While playing basketball and practicing most of the day, I had no difficulties keeping my GPA score on a high level. I find academics very important. I want to go to a college where I can improve every day, both academically and athletically. Psychology is something I'm very interested in. For the past two years, I knew that was going to be my major. I've been reading a lot of books about people's mindsets, and one day I want to be able to help people. For now, I love helping my friend and teammates. They always come to me, whenever they have a problem, no matter if it's connected to basketball or not, and I try my best to help them. I'm glad they know that they can count on me.

My dream is to play college basketball on a highest level. I believe in myself and my abilities, and I truly hope I'll get a chance to prove myself.
