Personal Statement

Hi, I’m Jessalyn Jones from Moravia, NY. I have attended PGC for the past 3 summers and attended PGC Grad School in August 2024. 

My goal is to get a high percentage shot and make plays for my teammates. This was my primary role for my team this year. I am hardworking on the court and I encourage my teammates both on and off the court. I enjoy working through challenging situations and playing as a unit. My team claimed the NYSPHSAA Class C State Championship in 2024. It was a program first for our school and I am thankful to have been able to contribute to it!

In the classroom, I am diligent with my studies and have achieved High Honor Roll consistently since 9th grade. 

I enjoy lifting weights and strength training, so I am physically ready to compete year round.

I am hoping to play basketball at the next level and continue grow as a player and a person.
