My goal is to play in college while pursuing a great education at 4-year university. Basketball and academics are very important to me. I see myself as a leader as much as my teammates and classmates do. Communication is very important to me on and off the court. I love picking my teammates up and cheering them through great times and tough ones too. You can always catch me starting a cheer on the bench. On the court, I put in as much effort as I can to help my team no matter what. I believe that having a positive attitude, running the floor hard, and good communication are big parts of what makes a team great. It is also very important to me that I strengthen my relationships with my teammates off the court because it helps bond the team and makes us one. Basketball has always been a huge part of my life. It has made me a better person. I have learned valuable life skills such as humility, perseverance, determination, loyal, and teamwork. I have loved basketball since I was in first grade and I never want to lose that passion. In college, I would like to earn a degree in something that I am as passionate about as I am with basketball. I am so excited and grateful for all of the opportunities I have had and that are coming my way!
