Hello Coach,
My name is Hannah Brown and I am currently finishing my junior year at Mechanicsburg Area Senior High. I am 5’10’’ and 175 pounds. As a three year starter, team captain as a junior, I have received multiple All Tournament Team awards from past tournament play. Recently, I was named to the Mid Penn Conference Keystone Division All-Stars First Team, as well as the Patriot News Big 15 second team for Central Pa. I am attaching a link that will provide you with a full game coverage of the Mechanicsburg vs Trinity this past season, where I was named the player of the game. http://www.hsslivetv.com/ (click on game videos) I have also attached my hudl account for other games and highlights.
Academically, I have consistently obtained First or Second Honor Roll with an overall GPA of about 90%. As a player, it is easy to say that I am coachable. I work hard and listen to my coaches. From high school to AAU, I take all the feedback I receive and try to make myself a better player. To reach my potential, I now meet with a strength and speed training coach two to three times a week. When determining the college I would like to attend in the future, location is my number one priority. The Northeast is the general area I would like to stay in. I am more interested in attending a small and quiet school with an “everybody knows everybody” atmosphere over a larger school with more students. Also, I am interested in attending a Christian school, but this is not a requirement for me. My one goal for picking the right college revolves all around the team. I want to come into a program where the whole team is close and practically a family. I love playing basketball, but I believe the only way for me to love the game is to love my teammates who play with me even more.
Sincerely,
