I started going to local golf courses with my dad and grandparents when I was little, and I really just love the game of golf.
Playing golf is challenging and it has taught me to be responsible, confident and to have fun no matter what I do. I have also made some great friends playing golf over the last several years. Playing with my high school team has taught me to be a good leader and to be a role model for our junior high team.
My highlights as a freshman were helping our team break some school records and making it to the state finals. Highlights from my sophomore year were stepping up as a leader on the team, helping my teammates, playing in the state finals again and making the all-state team.
I am a good student and am looking forward to finding a program that is a good fit for me, both academically and athletically. I have the talent to play at the college level and the dedication and determination to have an impact on the team.

- Finished T11; Round 1 78 and Round 2 77. It took the first 4 holes to shake off some nerves on day 1 but the rest of the round was pretty good. Day 2 started out really good and then I had a little trouble on the back with my approach and some putts. - I played 9 holes of round one and withdrew for medical reasons. I started feeling bad on hole # 5 but finished the front 9 with 5 over. (4 pars, 2 doubles, par, bogey, par) I was upset that I had to withdraw but it was better for me in the long run.

- Finished tied for 2nd place; Round 1, 77; Round 2, 73 - My highlights for the weekend include 7 birdies, 55 putts, and a positive 2 days even though the weather was not the best. After looking at the notes my dad kept for me during the event, I saw that 2 putts and 2 penalties made the difference between first and second.
