I began playing golf when I was eight years old with my father at our local country club. We participated in several father/child tournaments which sparked my interest in the game of golf. Due to my interest in the game I began playing in the ECJGL (East Carolina Junior Golf League). Then I played for Grover C. Fields Middle School Golf Team from 2013-2015 where I won Medalist both years. At New Bern High School my Freshman year, I was the number one Freshman in the conference, fourth in the conference, and qualified/played in the 4A Eastern Regionals, my Sophomore year I was first in the conference, and qualified/played in the 4A Eastern Regionals, and this year I was second in the conference qualifying for the 4A Eastern Regionals, and for the 4A NC State Championship. Also, I compete in TYGA, PKB, and CGA events which revealed to me the skill level of other girls my age in the state.
My strengths; long off the tee, competitiveness, short game, and good attitude. I am an athlete striving to improve my skills through hard work and practice.
At school I maintain a GPA of a 4.0 and participate in Interact (High School Rotary Club). I volunteer at church (ASP mission project) and the community.
I want to attend a college that will allow me to pursue my dream of playing collegiate golf, and help me become successful in my career after college. I am seeking a college that will allow me to play, and want to find the right college for me.
