Isabella Dory '19 Recruiting Profile

Walking in freshmen year never having played competitive golf before, I'd say I have come along way. Playing college golf has always been a dream of mine, ever since I was little. Golf runs in my family and I would love to follow in the footsteps already paved out. My uncle is a professional golfer and many of my cousins played golf in college. One such cousin of mine, Taylor, is my role model. She attended the same high school and made history in Menomonee Falls' golf. My aspirations are to beat her and I'm just getting started. I love playing golf everyday with my family, friends, and teammates. I always strive for improvement with a positive mentality. Whether it be hitting a bad shot or missing a crucial putt, I know to always stay positive and work harder. It isn't about who you are playing with and/or against; It's only you versus the course. I also play basketball and take a pretty tough amount of classes. I am able to manage my time wisely and achieve good grades to stay on the honor roll.
