Mia McMullen '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Mia McMullen, I currently play for Downriver United High school hockey.  I am 16 playing up at 19u. I am also on the varsity golf team. My dream from a young age, has always been to play college hockey. I am a leader for my school through class council, I am the Vice President . I have been part of 2 inaugural seasons in starting a girls hockey program and in starting a girls high school hockey team , in an attempt to create more opportunities for girl hockey players in my area. I value my education very much and hold a 4.13 gpa. I hope to become a family physician in the future.

I have been playing since I was 7 and absolutely love it.  I always try to lead by example, work hard, always looking to improve and always helping others. I'm a quick learner, great at following instructions and can adapt to any situation.
