My strengths include my hockey knowledge, ability to anticipate plays/ shots, coachable personality, positive attitude and my effort on and off the ice. In addition to hockey, I have continued to participate in high school varsity tennis. Tennis helps teach me how to read plays from the way opponents turn their body before hitting the ball. This has been a major key in anticipating shots in hockey. I’ve additionally played soccer for 10 years at my high school and the club level.
Academically, my interest is in mathematics. I am taking A.P. Statistics and A.P. Calculus at the beginning of this year.
My parents have been my biggest supporters in my academics and hockey. They have taught me how to balance the demands of school while pursuing my passion of hockey.
This fall season will be my second season playing goalie with the Madison Capitols. Last season my U19 team won State and made it to Nationals in Boston, MA. My coach this year is Dan Rouho ([email protected]) 608-669-8401. My other references are former coaches David Lohrei ([email protected]) 484-529-1993 and Tony Scheid ([email protected]) 651-206-0846.
