I started playing lacrosse in 6th grade and ever since then it has been my favorite sport to both play and watch. I am a very good student with very good time management skills. I would like to be not only athletically challenged but to also be academically challenged. I was captain of my Junior Varsity lacrosse team in eighth grade. I got pulled up to varsity in 8th grade, and was a starter midfield in 9th grade. I am a team player and leader. I learn from my mistakes and change what is needed to be.
I started a project when I was 9 where I collect bottles and cans, redeem them, and use the money to feed the homeless and less fortunate in my county. I feel at the end of the day that I have not only done good for my community but that I have helped someone. I was president of my class in eighth grade, class secretary currently, and next year I will be the president of my sophomore class. Leadership is very important to me, both on the field and off.
