My name is Alexandra MacAulay, I am a Junior in High School and my goal is to play lacrosse in college. I hope to gain an excellent education at whatever school I choose to attend, while also playing the game I love. I have been playing lacrosse for 10 years in numerous places. Both my parents are retired military personnel, which caused us to move quite frequently. Because of this, I was able to make friends all across the country, adapt to changes, and gain the ability of staying optimistic. These attributes are what make me a good candidate for a team. Furthermore, I am strong, hard-working, kind, and creative because having successful parents is a lot to live up to. In addition to lacrosse, I play volleyball and basketball. During my freshman year, I played varsity basketball and JV volleyball; and during my sophomore year I played JV and Varsity volleyball, also being the captain of the JV team. During my junior year I played Varsity volleyball. Aside from sports, I love to read, write, travel, and participate in artistic practice, including painting and drawing. My academics for my sophomore year consisted of an unweighted GPA of 4.0 and weighted GPA of 4.58.
