Morganne Cartee '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches, 

I am a class of 2023 wing back / outside midfielder with 3 years of NCAA eligibility remaining. My current school, Concordia College NY, is closing its doors following the Spring 2021 semester. I am actively seeking a school and soccer program where I can be challenged to reach my highest potential. 

At Concordia, as a freshman: I recorded 16 out of 16 starts, led the team in assists (4), and scored two goals. Of course the news of the school closing came as a shock, but I am excited for the new challenge that I can have in another program! I am looking for a program that fosters a very high work ethic, along with a passion and love for the sport (maybe with a few other Chelsea fans!) I am looking to be challenged by my teammates, coaches and even in the classroom.

Academically, after three full semesters I have maintained a 3.81 GPA while taking 18+ credits each semester. Along with the work I put in on the field and in the classroom I have had an off-campus internship for the last 5 months. To say I need to be constantly challenged to excel is an understatement! I am extremely hopeful that I can make my way into a program that I can be an asset to and one that can help me achieve my goals.
