Personal Statement


Soccer has always been an important part of my life.  I believe that one of the things that sets me apart from most players is how hard I push myself.  I strive to better myself in soccer everyday. I put the same effort into advancing in academics as I do on the field.  The combination of academics and athletics has kept me focused and balanced. 

My drive to get better and do my best is an important part of me and this is something I want to continue in college.  This is the work ethic I would bring to a college team. I try to set an example and always encourage my teammates to work hard in order to succeed as a team.
