Rachael Grady '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am Rachael Grady, a 16-year-old junior at Marianapolis Preparatory School. I play outside mid-fielder/winger for the Marianapolis Prep girls' varsity soccer team and the Mach 1 Football club. I am one of three captains for my high school team for this 2024-25 season. I played one year of JV and have been on the Marianapolis varsity team for the past two years. During the 2022-23 season, our well-bonded team finished 4th in the regional NEPSAC championship. 

I started my soccer career at three years old, which sparked my love for the sport. Starting with recreational soccer, I worked my way up to competitive, which I have played for the past ten years. I appreciate soccer for the challenge and hard work that comes with the sport. I love seeing myself and my teammates grow together skillfully and as a team.

I am very interested in playing at any collegiate level. My greatest aspiration is to continue playing the sport I love and learn new concepts to apply to the game and life. On the field, I utilize communication, leadership, and in-game skills to benefit my teammates and myself in terms of success. Off the field, I stay connected with my team and still work hard to contribute to my skills to increase my determination and motivation.
