2015 HighlightsPersonal Statement
More than willing, to do what it takes, I push myself farther than I think I can go, whether we're up or down 5-0. I know how painful it can be to play a full second half with cramps running up and down my legs and I've overcome that pain. Overcoming it all was one of my fondest soccer memories and every time I play again, I strive to finish that same way, drained, sore, and knowing my love for the game will never die. Knowing the extent I can push my body to, I also know nothing can stop me from running another sprint, winning another ball, taking another hit, and scoring another goal. After all, if you're not playing for the girl in you who fell in love with the game, why are you playing at all?
