Hi, I'm Gabby!

I am an athlete who loves pushing herself, whether it's on the soccer field, doing extra touches or workouts, or out for a run. I'm a big fan of writing and am always down to watch any sporting event. When I'm not working out, you can find me spending time with friends and watching movies or eating out - enjoying the simple things that make life fun! As the oldest of three sisters, I have a natural leadership vibe and love spending time with my younger sisters, who are also soccer players. Fun fact: my parents both played college soccer and met in the training room! My three dogs are the cutest and love to cuddle and play. I love the grind that soccer brings, and I appreciate the importance of balancing my time with the people I care about.

I am a sophomore at Barrington High School in Barrington, IL. A couple of my favorites about high school are Honors English, Living Law, Incubator, and Varsity soccer. I love attending Barrington games and cheering my peers on. I’d like to pursue a business degree when I move on to college.  I am looking to continue my soccer career at a school that shares my value of positive team culture, passion for hard work, and commitment to high-quality soccer. I think that my speed, vision, tactical awareness, and positive mindset would make me a great addition to a team in 2027.

One of the hardest things I've had to overcome was an avulsion fracture of my left hip in an early season club game in the Fall of 2023. It kept me from playing soccer for a few months. With focus, determination, and a positive attitude, I was able to make it back to doing what I love a month before high school tryouts my freshman year where I continued on to make the Varsity team at Barrington. 

I play club soccer for Eclipse Select G09 ECNL. It is such a privilege to be a part of a top ranked team nationally and play with such a talented group of soccer sisters. We work hard on the field and have lots of laughs together off the field!
