Mackenzie Jordan '25 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I remember I’ve always had this unconditional love for soccer. I played my first soccer game when I was three and my parents have told me my face just lit up the moment I kicked a ball. Although I’ve played many different sports over the years, soccer has always been my number one and always will be. My goal in college is to get into a school that personally fits me and helps me grow as a person and a soccer player. 

On the soccer field, I am a dedicated and hardworking player that works year around to sharpen my skills and my understanding of the game. I am a leader in the both my high school and club team in total of goals and assists for the past two years. This has translated into multiple awards for both club and school, including an all ecrl heartland league selection. My speed, field vision, and my ability to finish are my greatest strengths. I look forward to using these skills to help my future college soccer team to be successful. 

Just like soccer education has always been very important to me. I’ve worked very hard to maintain a 3.86 gpa in a curriculum that includes advanced level classes. I’ve done this by staying very organized and focused on academic success. I am looking for a school that will challenge me both academically and athletically. 

I would describe myself as motivated, competitive, passionate, committed, teachable, persistent, and supportive. I can’t wait to use these qualities to become the best student athlete I can be.
